Your Position
To fulfill this vital role as an Patient Access Center Clerk, you'll be responsible for bed control census and management, communicating with clinical and support staff regarding bed availability and assisting in the timely and efficient tracking and placement of hospital patients. This is a dual function role so you will also perform Staffing Coordinator duties. This involves coordinating requests and placement of float pool nursing staff. As Patient Access Center team member, you'll perform in a high-volume environment with compassionate resolve and comprehensive communication skills.

Our Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year clinical experience in a hospital or nursing home as an LPN
- Strong multi-tasker with basic computer skills
- Work hours will be primarily Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm but may work weekends and must be flexible enough to occasionally cover for co-workers.
